TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

Confirmations: Confirmations that are received only by email will be processed and confirmed by our reservation office within 24 hours. A reservation is considered provisional until the hotel confirms acceptance of the reservation. We confirm the reservation by email, stating the reservation details.

Payment: half payment for your stay is required at check-in. You will be advised accordingly when you make a reservation inquiry. Personal cheques are not accepted for payment.

• Price is in Dollar, per night, per room, including 15 % VAT and 10% Service Charge.

 CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW POLICY

• No charges for cancellations made before 72:00hrs.
• A one night room charge to the company for cancellations made after 72:00 hrs.
• A one night room charge for No shows.
